Avery's Uncle Kevin, Aunty Cheryl and cousins, Paige, Danae and MacKenzie live in New Zealand. Avery sent her friend Stanley to go visit them. This is a blog about Stanley's adventures. This picture shows the airplane arriving in Auckland. That big mountain island is Rangitoto. It is a volcano that erupted 600 years ago.

We took Stanley on a ferry into the city. It is a 30 minute ferry ride from where we live to downtown Auckland. It is always a nice ride when the weather is good. When it is rainy and stormy, it isn't much fun!
